The contest is live on 1st June 2021, and the contest closes on 31st August 2021. The winners are eligible to grab the prize of their choice selected while filling the contest form.

Terms and Conditions of Chill With Bingo Contest

Below are the terms and conditions of the Chill With Bingo Contest.

  • The contest is open only for Indian citizens aged 18 years or above currently residing in India.
  • A participant can submit multiple entries, but they won’t be eligible to receive more than one prize.
  • The winners would be awarded one of the following prizes:
    • Drinking mugs
    • Playing cards
    • Popcorn bowl
    • Aviator sunglasses
    • Headphone
    • Bean bag
    • Bluetooth portable speaker
    • Karaoke set
    • Collectable playing chips
    • Multimedia speaker system
    • Gaming console
    • Recliner
  • Entries received after the end of the contest period are invalid.
  • The winners are declared every week on the contest website.
  • A winner shall be selected for every 6 minutes of the contest period, i.e., 10 Winners shall be selected every hour of the contest period, and 240 winners shall be selected each day of the contest period.

Chill with Bingo Contest – Contest Period

The Contest will start on June 1, 2021 and end on August 31, 2021. The Contest timeframe is between the hours from 00 to 23 of a particular day. The contest period will be open from 00:00am to 11:59pm on a particular day.

Eligibility of Chill with Bingo Contest

This contest is open to Indian citizens aged 18 or older, living in India. The following people are not allowed to enter the Competition: ITC employees, contractors, directors and officers, The companies involved with the administration, development, fulfilment and execution of this contest (collectively known as “Promotion Parties”) (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step”) of such persons.

Selection of winners in Chill with Bingo Contest

The winner of this competition will be chosen on the sole discretion by ITC and the winner cannot choose their own prize. There will be five items up for grabs on the Prize page that will be their chilling partners. Keep a look out for them!

As mentioned in the rules, any entry after the deadline will not be considered.

If the winning entries of the contest are posted to the website then it indicates that they will take place at the end of that week.

One Winner will be selected every six minutes of the Contest Period which is the same as 10 Winners being selected in one hour and 240 winners per day.

The winners will be contacted through Whatsapp or phone call by the ITC Bingo! team to verify and deliver prizes.

The winner will need to provide their contact details with ITC, as per the request of the organizers of the prize.

Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or kind. If a participant/winner doesn’t want to accept the prize they’ve won, they are deemed to have forfeited it. Prizes can’t be changed once they’re offered. Prizes won can only be used for this specific contest and are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for any other goods or services.

The images of the prizes on the ads/posters are for illustration purposes only, and the actual prizes may vary.

Contacting Participants and Winners

Winners will be asked to provide their contact details as requested by ITC.

If a Shortlisted Participant or Winner is unreachable at the contact details they have provided, two (2) more attempts will be made to reach them on that day and/or the next day. If after three attempts the participant doesn’t reply or can’t be reached, their participation in this contest will end. If a winner’s entry is cancelled, they won’t be eligible for the prize. In such case, the Prize will be given to those with the next best entry.

If for any reason, the winner does not respond or provides incorrect information about their particulars, ITC won’t be responsible for the prizes not being delivered.

The Prizes will be awarded to the Winners after completion of an ITC audit with verification.

Any submissions of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information will result in a withholding of Prizes. These include events of fraud, such as website or mobile system hacking, and so on.
